Community Midwife
A community midwife is attached the Surgery and holds a clinic every Wednesday afternoon from 1.30pm. Ante/Post Natal appointments can either be booked with the doctor or a midwife.
Carers
If you help a relative, friend or neighbour without payment, who could not manage to stay at home without it, due to age sickness, addiction or disability, please tell us, as we can offer you information, advice and support.
Vaccination Of Children
Childhood vaccination and immunisations are given by the practice nurse. Should you have any doubts or concerns about the vaccinations given the nurse will be only too happy to discuss these issues with you. Please bring your personal book to record the details for your own use.
Travel Vaccinations
The Practice Nurse can offer advice on the need for vaccinations when traveling abroad.
Specialist Nurse Clinics
The Nurse Specialists hold clinics for Diabetes, CHD, Asthma, COPD and smoking cessation on designated days of week during Surgery hours.
Practice Nurses
Our Practice Nurses can offer cervical screening, Chlamydia screening, and ear syringing.
Health Care Assistant
Our HCA Loren is trained to carry out Blood tests, ECG, BP and Health checks.
Dietician 
A Dietitian is affiliated to the Surgery and holds a clinic monthly for any dietary advice. Patients need, however, to be referred by the doctor.
District Nurses
We have a team of District Nurses who deal with patients who are housebound and/or just out of hospital.
Private Medicals
We do undertake written medical reports for driving and employment purposes, private certificates and other insurance and solicitor reports, however, as these are non-NHS work, we cannot guarantee when the work would be completed. There is a charge for these services, which are in accordance with recommended BMA guidelines.
